Lithographic Laboratories Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Receivers Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 Anthony George Lewis and Timothy James Reid, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed receivers of Lithographic Laboratories Limited on the 8th day of October 1996, under the terms of a debenture giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
