SWZ Construction Limited (in receivership and formerly known as Underground Thrusting Services Limited) Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 Alan Raymond Isaac and John Harold Gaukrodger, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at KPMG, 85 Alexandra Street, Hamilton, hereby give notice that on the 10th day of October 1996, the Bank of New Zealand appointed them jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of SWZ Construction Limited, under the terms of a debenture dated the 11th day of January 1996, giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company. The property in the receivership is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets. Dated this 10th day of October 1996.
