Napier City Gym (1990) Limited Notice of Appointment of Receiver Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 Maxine Janet Mason, with reference to Napier City Gym (1990) Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 23rd day of October 1996, Maxine Janet Mason appointed Maxine Janet Mason, manageress, care of Edwards and Co, Chartered Accountants, corner of Shakespeare Road and Browning Street, Napier, as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 13th day of January 1995. The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
