Lithographic Laboratories Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) Notice of Resignation and Appointment of Receivers Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 Anthony George Lewis and Timothy James Reid, chartered accountants of Wellington, resigned as receivers and Stephen Eric Sharp, solicitor of Wellington, was appointed receiver of Lithographic Laboratories Limited on the 29th day of October 1996. This was pursuant to the terms of a debenture giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company. The appointment of the receiver was made at the request of the debenture holder. The property which remains in receivership is all of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
