Crichton Motors Limited (in receivership) Notice of Appointment of Receivers Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 James Terence Taaffe and Timothy James Reid, chartered accountants of Napier and Wellington respectively, were appointed receivers of Crichton Motors Limited on the 5th day of November 1996, by the ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited under the terms of a debenture giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
