Atkinson Footwear Limited (in receivership) Notice of Appointment of Receivers Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of December 1996, the Bank of New Zealand hereby appointed Messrs James Bruce Alfred McAlister and David John Strack, both chartered accountants of Christchurch, as receivers and managers of the property of Atkinson Footwear Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated 23 July 1986 given by that company. The receivers have been appointed in respect of the company's undertakings and its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled capital. The offices of the receivers and managers are at the offices of Messrs Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, Deloitte House, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
