Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), Timothy Wilson Downes and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited were appointed joint and several liquidators of WAIRAU FOODS & SPICES LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland. The liquidation commenced on 14 September 2018 at 10.49am.
