Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim Notice is given that, by special resolution of the shareholders of the above-named company passed in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, I, Douglas Kim Fisher, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on 13 November 2018 at 3.00pm.
