Notice of Vacancy in Office of Receiver Pursuant to Section 11(4)(a) of the Receiverships Act 1993 On 4 January 2016, I, Jim Sarantinos, chartered accountant of Sydney, Australia, was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of DSHNZ LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) under the powers contained in a general security deed dated 22 June 2015 and by law and in accordance with section 6 of the Receiverships Act 1993. On 29 June 2018, I resigned as receiver and manager. The remaining receivers and managers of DSHNZ LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) are James Stewart and Ryan Reginald Eagle.
