Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the undersigned was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders. The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts, and a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies. This is a solvent liquidation.
