Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the undersigned was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders. The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts, and a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies. The liquidation commenced on 10 April 2019 at 10.00am. This is a solvent company liquidation which has been brought about by the cessation of the business.
