Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager and Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receiver and Manager Pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed as receiver and manager of the above company on 18 October 2019 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 25 March 2019 which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property. On the same day Thomas Lee Rodewald was also appointed as receiver and manager of Neville Thomson. Pursuant to section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald resigned as receiver of NTF FENCING LIMITED on 22 October 2019. Please note the receivership of Neville Thomson continues.
