Notice of Appointment of Receivers Sections 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 John Fisk and Richard Nacey, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of ZANY ZEUS LIMITED, ZANY ZEUS ON WHEELS LIMITED and SOY ORGANIC LIMITED on 2 December 2019 under the terms of a security agreements dated 11 September 2015, 10 November 2016 and 10 November 2016, respectively, following a request from the director of the companies. The property in receivership is all of the companies’ undertaking, property and assets.
