Public Appointment of Liquidator Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephanie Beth Jeffreys and Raymond Paul Cox, both CA ANZ Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by a special resolution of the company. The liquidation commenced on 17 December 2020 at 9.00am.
