Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim Subsequent to the director of the companies filing resolutions at the Companies Office, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) stating that on appointment of a liquidator the companies would be able to pay their debts, Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis of Christchurch, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the companies by special resolution of the shareholders at 3.00pm on 27 February 2020, the time and date the liquidations commenced.
