Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald, licenced insolvency practitioner, was appointed as receiver and manager of the above company on 10 September 2020 by the Bank of New Zealand under the powers contained in a facility document dated 18 July 2018 which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property.
