Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 23 September 2020, Iain McLennan and Boris van Delden, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed by Agentro Limited as receivers of all of the present and acquired personal property of the company pursuant to a debt repayment and secured loan agreement dated 2 September 2019.
