Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kenneth Peter Brown IP10 and Paul Thomas Manning IP39, both Transitional Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the above company on 28 September 2020 under the powers contained in a general security agreement and term loan agreement dated 7 August 2020 which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property and a mortgage over all other property (including land), together defined in the security agreement as the collateral.
