Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that on 4 December 2020, Kare Johnstone and Conor John McElhinney, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed by Central Assets Investment Limited as receivers and managers of the property of MAGSONS HARDWARE LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 18 November 2019. The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after acquired property including all personal property. Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
