Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) On 6 August 2021 at 10.00am, a special resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act was passed by the shareholders to liquidate the company and appoint Rachel Mason-Thomas and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, as liquidators. A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(8) of the Act.
