Notice of Appointment of Liquidator andNotice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), the shareholders of the company appointed Hamish Mexted, chartered accountant, as liquidator of the company. The liquidation commenced on 7 October 2021 at 9.30am. The company is solvent and is being liquidated as it has completed the purpose for which it was incorporated.
