Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the company appointed Raymond Paul Cox and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys, both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, as joint and several liquidators of the company. The liquidation commenced on 9 March 2021 at 9.00am. The director/s have signed a declaration under section 243A of the Companies Act 1993 stating that the company will be able to pay its debts in full within a period of not more than 12 months after the appointment of a liquidator. The company is solvent and is being liquidated as it has completed the purpose for which it was incorporated. Notice to Creditors to Claim Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 23 March 2021 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
