Notice of Appointment of Receiver Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 Company Number: 1333021 Notice is hereby given that on 11 May 2021, Rees Logan and Andrew McKay both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland (Registration Numbers: IP34 and IP40 respectively), were appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers (“receivers”) of the company by Westpac New Zealand Limited, under the terms of a general security agreement dated 16 December 2005 giving the holder a secured charge over all of the assets of the company.
