The notice with the above title, for ECO LAWN LIMITED, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 November 2020, Notice No. 2020-aw5344, is hereby revoked: On 23 November 2020, it was notified that Michael Richard Smith had filed an application for putting ECO LAWN LIMITED into liquidation. The application was made by Mr Smith in his alleged capacity as shareholder of ECO LAWN LIMITED, under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993. The application was erroneously filed, however, as Mr Smith was not a shareholder of the company and therefore did not have standing to bring the application. All matters between ECO LAWN LIMITED and Mr Smith have since been resolved to the satisfaction of the parties. Apologies are tendered to the suppliers, customers, shareholders and anyone else connected with ECO LAWN LIMITED for the confusion caused by the erroneous filing of the application to put the company into liquidation.
