Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Company Property Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993 On 1 August 2022, Richard Albarran and Brent Kijurina, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, in accordance with the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019 of Hall Chadwick Advisory, were appointed as joint receivers of BECKHAM CONCRETE LIMITED (in receivership) by Bizcap NZ Limited (“Bizcap”) pursuant to a loan agreement between Bizcap and the above-named company dated 7 April 2022, registered on the Personal Property Securities Register granting a security interest in all of its present and after-acquired personal property.
