KNIGHTS MANUFACTURING LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) (“company”) under the terms of a general security agreement (GSA) dated 30 November 2018 in favour of FE Investments Limited, which was assigned to the Amand Trust (“Trust”) on 18 June 2020, has ceased on 29 September 2023. Please note that the company remains in liquidation with Tony Maginness and Jared Booth of Baker Tilly Staples Rodway acting as liquidators.
