Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) On 28 April 2025 at 10.30am a special resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act was passed by the shareholders to liquidate the company and appoint Rachel Mason-Thomas (IP109) and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer (IP106), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, as liquidators.
