Notice of Appointment of Joint Liquidators Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by order of the High Court Christchurch on the 29 May 2025 at 11.04am, KV LIMITED was put into liquidation on the application of Harbour Holdings Limited and Trevor Edwin Laing (IP32) and Emma Margaret Laing (IP103), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Laing Insolvency Specialists Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company.
