Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims Notice is hereby given that on 17 September 2025 at 9.28am, Jared Waiata Booth and Tony Leonard Maginness, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”). The companies have no known assets or liabilities, and they have been placed into liquidation for restructuring purposes.
