Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Company Number: 910628 Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the sole shareholder of the company appointed Stephanie Beth Jeffreys (IP#38) and Adele Irene Hicks (IP#155), both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, as joint and several liquidators of the company. The liquidation commenced on 17 November 2025 at 2.30pm. The directors have signed a declaration under section 243A of the Companies Act 1993 stating that the company will be able to pay its debts in full within a period of not more than 12 months after the appointment of a liquidator. The company is solvent and is being liquidated as it has completed the purpose for which it was incorporated.
