Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim Notice is hereby given that on 15 December 2025 at 9.45am and 10.15am respectively, Jared Waiata Booth and Tony Leonard Maginness, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TAUPOMH LIMITED and TAUPOMB LIMITED (both in liquidation) by special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”). These are solvent liquidations and the companies have been placed into liquidation for restructuring purposes.
