Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993 Notice is given that Rees Logan and Iain Shephard, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO (Registration Numbers: 34 and 71 respectively), were appointed as joint and several replacement liquidators of the companies, in the place of Christopher McCullagh and Stephen Lawrence, on 18 March 2026 at 11.15am by creditors resolutions passed at creditors meetings of the companies held via postal votes.
