Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim The Companies Act 1993 On 23 January 2026 it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) that MCCALL PATTERN SERVICE NZ LIMITED be liquidated and that Kare Johnstone and Andrew Grenfell, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators. The liquidation commenced on 23 January 2026 at 4.50pm. The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts. Pursuant to section 243A(1)(b) of the Act a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
